 At Madhu Huts Agonda, we strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our guests. To maintain the quality of service and ensure availability for confirmed bookings, we have implemented a No Refund Policy. 
Policy Details
-  Once a booking is confirmed and payment is processed, the amount is non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes cancellations, no-shows, and early checkouts. 
-  We encourage all guests to carefully review their travel plans and booking details before confirming their reservation. 
-  In the event of a cancellation or no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged, and no refund will be issued. 
Why a No Refund Policy?
 As a boutique resort with limited accommodation, every booking at Madhu Huts Agonda is important to us. A strict no-refund policy allows us to: 
-  Ensure that rooms are available to guests with confirmed reservations. 
- Prevent revenue loss due to last-minute cancellations.
-  Maintain our operational efficiency and staff readiness based on confirmed bookings. 
Booking Amendments
-  We understand that travel plans may change, and we aim to accommodate requests for booking amendments, subject to availability and applicable charges. 
-  Amendments such as changes to check-in or check-out dates can be made depending on availability, but no refund will be issued for any reductions in the length of stay. 
Force Majeure
-  In case of cancellations or interruptions due to natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events, our no-refund policy will still apply. 
-  Guests are advised to consider purchasing travel insurance to cover such unforeseen events.
